Developing Your Business Plan

Session overview

This presentation will run through the Forum 21 model, a system well established as the core tool for planning and growing a business.

We will look at turning the development of growing a business into a project, starting with an analysis of where are you.  Teaching standard business school tools, you will be shown how to look at your business or business idea, to get a good understanding of where you are in business terms.

Without knowing what you are aiming for, you will not know what to do, or know when you have achieved your goal.  This part of the session will help you develop a realistic vision for your business. By applying the well established process and additional MBA business tools, you will draught a comprehensive project plan containing a detailed action plan, with key performance indicators to keep you on track.  This will consider all aspects of a business, leaving no stone unturned.
