Session overview
This interactive online workshop is designed to help PhD researchers take control of their time and make the most of their working habits. Through practical strategies and reflective activities, participants will explore how they currently manage their time, identify patterns that support or hinder productivity, and learn techniques to overcome procrastination. Particularly relevant for PGRs in their first year, this session offers a supportive space to build sustainable working routines early in the doctoral journey.
