Interviews are a stressful process for both new and experienced professionals. Despite your best efforts, it's always possible to miss out on opportunities. Understanding what interviewers are looking for can enormously enhance job seekers' chances of succeeding in the interview and landing the job.
In this online session, we have invited two professionals, one from academia and one from public sector. Both have experience on the interview panel and can provide valuable insight into what hiring managers are looking for. The purpose of this session is to improve your awareness of the interview process by giving you an insight into what goes through the minds of those on the other side of the interview table.
This workshop is open to DTA researchers, DTA alumni and PGRs studying at UA Universities.
