Understanding Stress to Avoid Burnout

Session overview

This workshop will build on the psycho-education shared at the lunch and learn session on the same subject of stress and burnout, with a recap for all participants (whether they attended the lunch and learn session or not).

The session will take a more personal look at the attendees’ experiences of stress to understand triggers, understand what is and isn’t in their control to change and develop effective coping strategies to manage anxiety and stress in order to prevent burnout.

Please attend the session willing to share experiences.
