Understanding Stress to Avoid Burnout

Workshop overview

Are you concerned that the next paralysing wave of overwhelm might just sink you? You are not alone!

This Psychoeducation session seeks to help you to understand stress, the triggers for stress and how to manage it.

Leave this session with a greater understanding of your own personal triggers and responses to stress, and a recognition of what does and doesn’t currently work for you to build confidence in coping with stress in the future.

Please attend the session willing to share experiences.
