Workshop overview
The PhD journey is rarely linear. Life changes, unexpected events, and shifting priorities can challenge even the most resilient researchers. This reflective session invites PGRs to pause, recalibrate, and explore practical ways to navigate uncertainty while staying connected to their purpose.
Through guided discussion and the Three Circles of Control activity, participants will learn to distinguish between what they can control, influence, and accept—building clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. Whether you are facing personal transitions, academic hurdles, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this session offers a supportive space to reconnect with your values and reframe your approach to challenge.
