Workshop overview

The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) is a professional development tool that was developed by Vitae. The purpose of the framework is to support researchers in realising and planning their career development. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce the RDF to the PGRs and to guide them on how to use it as a hands-on planning tool to plan their professional and career development during PhD.
