Attendance eligibility
Open to PGRs studying at a University Alliance member university. When registering, please use your university email address. Registrations received from any non-UA member university or personal email address will be automatically cancelled.
This session is also open to Early Career Researchers (ECRs) from a University Alliance member institution.
Session overview
Join us for an interactive session with Martha Beard from Vitae, who will introduce the Vitae RDF Planner, a professional development tool designed to help researchers reflect on their skills, track their progress, and plan their future career development. Based on the Researcher Development Framework (RDF), the Planner enables researchers to build a portfolio of experiences, identify development needs, and evidence their achievements for annual reviews, CVs, applications, and career planning.
This session is open to both doctoral researchers (PGRs) and early career researchers (ECRs) and will provide practical guidance on how to use the tool to support your development throughout your research journey and beyond. Following the session, up to 50 participants will be offered access to the Vitae RDF Planner to explore and apply the tool in their own professional development.
